Dubai-based fintech startup CapQuest has secured $1 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Oraseya Capital and AMKM Family Office, aiming to strengthen its equity management platform and expand into international markets.
Founded in 2023 by Antoine Bruna, Marco Banfi, and Anvita Varshney, CapQuest provides a digital platform that simplifies equity ownership and investor relations for startups, scaleups, and established businesses.
The platform enables companies to manage capitalization tables, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), vesting schedules, fundraising transactions, and shareholder communications through a centralized system.
By replacing traditional spreadsheets and manual processes, CapQuest aims to improve transparency, reduce administrative complexity, and help founders maintain accurate ownership records as their businesses grow.
Expanding Across International Markets
CapQuest has already established a presence in 11 countries, serving customers across the Middle East, Europe, and emerging markets.
Its client portfolio includes companies such as Holo, Erad, Avenia, and Teylor, demonstrating demand for digital equity management solutions among growing businesses.
The company’s international traction reflects an increasing need for sophisticated ownership management tools as startups attract investors, introduce employee equity programs, and expand across borders.
Funding to Drive Product Innovation
The newly secured capital will support further product development, greater automation, enhanced equity management capabilities, and commercial expansion.
CapQuest aims to simplify complex shareholder structures and provide businesses with more efficient tools for managing equity throughout their growth journey.
CEO and Co-Founder Antoine Bruna described the investment as an important milestone that validates the company’s vision of making equity management more accessible, transparent, and efficient.
Looking ahead, CapQuest plans to strengthen its position as a global equity and investment management platform, connecting companies, shareholders, and investors within a unified digital ecosystem.
The investment also highlights growing investor interest in fintech infrastructure solutions that address operational challenges faced by startups and scaling businesses.
